By federal law and for the health of our customer's pets, we are unable to return prescription items for any reason.
All unauthorized returned prescription items will be destroyed according to local pharmacy policy. No refunds will be made.
However, if a prescription order was received damaged, please contact Miller's Specialty Products, Inc. as soon as possible for an exchange. All damaged exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt.
Miller's Specialty Products, Inc. will not accept returns 30 days after the date of purchase.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened items.

Refunds are based on product prices only.
Shipping charges are not refunded as part of the return.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
If a coupon was applied to your order and a refund results in an invoice subtotal less than the minimum amount required per the coupon, the coupon total will be deducted from your refund amount.
All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, with the exception of damaged deliveries or errors.
Please return the item(s) in the original Miller's Specialty Products, Inc. box whenever possible. Products damaged during return shipping will not be refunded.
Using a track-able, insured service to return your item(s) is highly recommended. Miller's Specialty Products, Inc. is not responsible for returns lost during shipping.
